Enigma Mailer Template Encoding Issue

Hello,
I'm facing some issues with the encoding templates in Mailer Enigma when they are written in Arabic, it seems like you only support ASCI characters, even when i save the mail template in UTF8/Windowd-1256 i still having the same weird characters appearing instead of the correct characters.
Can you please show me how to save my templates in Arabic letters without facing such issue?

Problem resolved,
Change the head to:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Thank you to notify us about this problem, we have also solved it in Enigma Protector, templates are now being saved in UTF8 format by default.
