I think the problem is related to some misconfiguration or fail of Windows, there is some information how to solve it: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... 342c40df2c

Btw, you may install Enigma Protector on some other computer then just take an installation folder and move it to another PC. Such copy will be working well.
