Anti-Debugger

I see that the list of plugins includes IsDebbuggerPresent, Int3, etc... but you also have an option Checkup->Anti debugger... So does Checkup->Anti debugger already include the same checks as the plugins?

No, unfortunately no.
Firstly, I should warn that usage of plugins is not recommended until you test protected file carefully on different versions of Windows and until you are sure that it works well.
Some plugins are not compatible with the different files. One plugin may work for one application and fails with another.
Most problems happen on server versions of Windows, like Windows 2008/2003.
So you should be very careful when using plugins.
The option Anti-Debugger is safe to use with any kind of files on all versions of Windows.
