找到问题了，我自己做了一个实验；

设置硬盘允许修改2次，直接打开软件，用户名和密码注册成功；

修改硬盘号，再打开软件会提示注册，用上次的用户名和注册码可以注册

重置本地所有注册记录后，再用第一次的用户名和注册码就无法注册了
