How do I generate a one-time registration key?

I want to generate some keys that can only be used once, and cannot be reused.
Hi, maybe you could explain your idea more detailed?
If you know how Enigma Protector generate keys, you would understand that the logic of "one-time" keys can't be applied there. There is no sense in "one-time" keys logic.
