Программа перестала работать на младших линейках - WINDOWS XP , server 2003, из-за отсутствия в ядре ситемы Kernel32.dll
1 функции импорта - GetProcessIdOfThread
В XP есть другие - GetCurrentProcessId, GetCurrentThreadId
Исправьте пожалуйста, WINDOWS XP это первая система для виртуальных машин и тестирования, и для определённых задач никогда не устареет.

Скачайте версию 10.00 еще раз и переустановите, сейчас должно работать как надо.

Баг с WIN XP устранен, но появился новый с NET Framework. Теперь программы со встроенным NET Framework просто не запускаются, в не зависимости от того, установлен ли NET Framework в системе или нет.

Последняя версия без этого бага 8.20
Вероятно, из-за Protector в коробке
В 10.00 первой версии баг просто кочевал по всей линейке 9.x а сейчас усугубился
