When using enigma_ide.ini for developing, under [Other] the setting Protected=0 does not seem to have any affect when using EP_CheckupIsProtected

It will always return 1
Only when the .ini file is completely removed from the folder then EP_CheckupIsProtected will return 0

I notice that every time I protect an application using latest version of Enigma v7.60 I see the error message in the log...

Taggant: Warning, failed to get timestamp, error code:10

What is causing this error and is this a problem that will affect my protected app?
