Yes, I use the Virtual Box feature. In fact, I useed the packaging feature as well.
The total number of files is approx. 7.000.
The total size after compression etc. is 70MB for the main .exe and another 70MB for the package.
The unprotected source folder is ~200MB. Is it too much? Too many files ...
