hi i have one question, how can i make to start other .exe when my .exe start?

i want put enigma in another .exe i use in my game.exe and cpu use come to 80% without enigma is 10%
i use executed process check every 1 minute it cause 80% cpu use i7 *-*

how can i make to fix this ? many players ...
